Are The Supplements & "Healthy" Foods You Are Consuming Actually Keeping Your Genes In The Adverse Position?

Picture

Learn how Genetic Testing & Analysis is the ONLY WAY to know exactly what YOUR body needs to heal & feel well.

Treating Patients Without Understanding Their Genetics?
After attending a webinar on genetic testing, it became clear: without knowing a patient’s genetic profile, we could unintentionally make their symptoms worse — or even put them at risk.
Here are a few examples:
  • Mental Health: Many patients on antidepressants actually produce enough serotonin and clear it slowly. This can lead to Serotonin Syndrome — causing anxiety, insomnia, high cortisol, and more.
  • Hormone Imbalance: Menopausal women often convert estrogen into its most cancerous form (4-OH). Genetic testing helps safely balance hormones.
  • Misleading Lab Results: Women with PCOS symptoms may have high estrogen genetically, even if labs say it’s low — and are often converting it into harmful forms.
  • Supplements Can Backfire: Green tea extract, turmeric, or curcumin may seem helpful but can worsen issues in patients with fast methylation, keeping dangerous genes switched on such as cancer genes.
  • Athletic Injuries: Some athletes aren’t built for heavy lifting or endurance. Genetics reveals their optimal training style and injury risk.
Genetic testing gives us the power to treat the root cause — not just the symptoms.

Genetic Analysis show which genes are turned ON or OFF in the adverse position.
It gives you complete details on:
  • Is Your Body Working With You or Against You? Your Genes Hold the Answer
Genetic testing reveals how your body truly functions — helping you personalize your health and wellness strategy instead of guessing.
    What You’ll Learn:
  • Metabolism & Hunger: Is your metabolism fast or slow? Do you produce high levels of ghrelin (the hunger hormone)? Do you carry the FTO “Fatso” gene that increases obesity risk? Find out if intermittent fasting suits you — and when.
  • Macronutrients
    • Protein: How much your body needs and how much you can safely consume without it causing inflammation
    • Fat: How saturated fats affect your hunger hormones and how much you can safely consume without it causing more hunger and inflammation.
    • Carbs: Does it trigger inflammation and/or blood sugar issues — how much to have and which ones.
  • Dairy Sensitivity: Are you lactose intolerant?
  • Vitamins & Minerals: Based on your methylation rate, discover what forms (like methylated B12) and doses are safe or harmful for you.
  • Mood & Brain Chemistry: Do you make enough serotonin and dopamine? How quickly does your body clear them?
  • Stress Response: Understand how your genes affect cortisol and your reaction to stress. If stress genes are left untreated it can push up to 90% of your genes into their adverse position.
  • Heart Health & Exercise: Learn if your muscles are built for endurance or strength — and what type of exercise and cardio you’re genetically built for. Plus, your risk for cholesterol buildup or heart disease.
  • Resistance Training: Discover if heavy lifting helps or hinders your body, especially with fat gain.
  • Immune Health & Inflammation: Know if your immune and inflammation genes are switched into adverse positions, increasing risk for chronic illness and aging.
  • Liver Detox Pathways: Is your detox system working too fast or too slow? Both extremes can trigger health issues.
  • Hormones
    • Estrogen: Are you producing too much? That can raise the risk of hormone-related cancers.
    • Testosterone: Are you converting too much into DHT? This can lead to unwanted symptoms and disease.
  • Sleep & Clock Genes: Do you have a sleep gene disorder that disrupts your rest and recovery? This can cause inflammation and high cortisol levels.
  • Thyroid Function: Find out if you convert T4 to T3 effectively — essential for proper thyroid health.
  • Longevity Genes: Low levels of SIRT6 accelerate aging. Find out if your genes are slowing or speeding up the process.
Take the guesswork out of wellness. Genetic testing helps you tailor your nutrition, Supplements, exercise, and lifestyle to your unique biology.

The best part about the Genetic Analysis Report: It tells you what you need to do to switch these genes back into their correct position.
That's Epigenetics!
